Founded by Angela Samuels, a veteran web developer since 2000 and WordPress expert since 2008, Green Phoenix has evolved from hands-on training to a full online resource hub. Instead of one-on-one sessions, we now focus on teaching through interactive courses, AI-powered tools, and community learning inside the Lab.
Our mission is simple: to make modern marketing easier, faster, and more accessible for everyday entrepreneurs. We believe that when small business owners have both a strong website and a clear social media presence, they can share their message confidently and attract the right audience — without burnout.

Angela Samuels is a creative strategist, educator, and world traveler who brings over 15 years of experience in web development and instructional design. As a loving mom and lifelong learner, Angela’s mission is to help small-business owners grow with confidence through technology, creativity, and community.
Her career began in the automotive industry, working as a web developer and technical writer for Chrysler Automotive and General Motors. Beyond the corporate world, Angela served for several years as a volunteer director for Hope Worldwide – Detroit Chapter, leading outreach and educational initiatives that strengthened her passion for empowering others.
Today, Angela combines her background in business, design, and technology to create digital learning experiences that make complex skills simple, accessible, and inspiring. She believes the best moment in any training is when someone finally “gets it”—that spark of understanding that opens new doors.
